Most recently &#8220;Frans Hals. Master of Joy&#8221; for Arte\/ZDF.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Before she founded BBP she has been working in the cultural editorial department of\u00a0 a large Berlin-based production company since 2013, most recently as editor-in-chief for Arte&#8217;s european cultural magazine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arte.tv\/de\/videos\/RC-014032\/metropolis\/\">Metropolis<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>She also used to work as a cultural editor at the Second German Television <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdf.de\/\">ZDF<\/a> where she worked on the the literary programme &#8220;Das blaue Sofa&#8221; amongst others. During this time, she moderated a series of talks\u00a0 for the ZDF \/ 3Sat specials <i>The Blue Sofa<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>The Long Night of the Blue Sofa<\/i>\u00a0at the book fairs in Frankfurt and Leipzig.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Frauke Schlieckau studied art history, German literature and theatre studies at the Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin and the International University of San Servolo in Venice and was awared a PhD in Berlin.
